We are seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Lead to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will work closely with the administration to design and execute engaging digital campaigns, manage our social media presence, and strategically promote content aligned with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Creation: Collaborate with the admin team to plan and launch digital advertising campaigns (Google, Facebook, Instagram, etc.) that drive enrollment, awareness, and community engagement.
Social Media Management: Oversee all social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn; schedule posts, engage with the audience, and maintain brand tone and aesthetics.
Strategic Content Promotion: Identify high-impact content (announcements, events, achievements) and boost it strategically to reach the right audiences using paid and organic tactics.
Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze campaign and social media performance, providing monthly reports and actionable insights to guide improvements.
Content Coordination: Work with internal staff to develop visuals, reels, and post copy as needed.
