Responsibilities:

Configure and manage email systems using platforms such as Google Workspace and Microsoft 365.
Set up and optimize authentication protocols, including SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and MX DNS records, to ensure secure and reliable email deliverability.
Warm up email domains systematically to establish a high sender reputation and avoid spam filters.
Monitor and analyze email deliverability metrics, implementing necessary changes to enhance performance.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to email authentication, delivery failures, and blacklistings.
Manage data backups, recovery systems, and disaster recovery plans to ensure business continuity.
Implement security measures, including firewalls, anti-virus software, and access controls, to protect against cybersecurity threats.
Conduct comprehensive audits of DNS records for email delivery and spam template issues, perform blacklist checks on dedicated IPs, review email statistics and third-party tool configurations, analyze DMARC reports to identify deliverability issues, investigate soft bounces using SMTP commands, assess hard bounces for root causes, and perform content analysis to enhance engagement and reduce spam classification.

Ideal Candidate:

Proven expertise in email deliverability, domain warm-up, and authentication protocols.
Strong technical skills in Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Mailgun, and email authentication standards.
Analytical mindset with the ability to assess and optimize email performance metrics.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
