We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Call Center Representative to join our team. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will handle inbound and outbound calls, resolve customer queries, provide information about our services, and ensure a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner.
Make outbound calls to follow up with customers or offer services.
Handle billing questions, complaints, technical issues, and general information requests.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions.
Achieve daily/weekly call and performance targets.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
Provide exceptional service and support to build long-term customer relationships.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus).
Prior experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred.
Excellent communication and listening skills.
Ability to multitask, stay calm under pressure, and resolve problems efficiently.
Basic computer literacy (email, CRM tools, data entry).
Must be punctual, reliable, and a team player.
Fluency in [English/French/Spanish/Other] is an asset.
