PKR. 50,000 - 80,000/Month
Salary: 50k to 80k plus Incentive
- Supervising Team: Managing and guiding bank staff to meet performance goals.
- Customer Service: Ensuring excellent service and resolving customer issues.
- Operations Management: Overseeing daily banking operations and compliance.
- Training & Development: Coaching team members for better performance.
- Reporting: Preparing reports on team performance and branch activities.
- Compliance & Security: Ensuring adherence to banking regulations and security protocols
- Monitor & Prioritize Cases – Categorize borrowers based on overdue amounts and risk levels.
- Team Coordination – Assign tasks, track progress, and support the recovery officers.
Requirements:
1- Bachelor's degree
2- 3+ years of experience in loan recovery or collections.
3- Strong leadership and, Excellent communication skills
4- Knowledge of banking laws and recovery procedures.
5- Ability to handle difficult customers professionally.
