Sales Executive

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our team. This role involves handling inbound sales inquiries, preparing quotes, and actively reaching out to potential customers through cold calls and emails. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a basic understanding of cloud-based products, and the ability to build strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle incoming sales inquiries via phone, email, website, or walk-ins, and respond promptly with relevant information and quotes.
Prepare and send customized sales quotations and proposals based on customer needs.
Conduct cold calling, follow-up emails, and lead generation to identify new potential customers and business opportunities.
Maintain regular follow-up with leads to nurture them through the sales funnel.
Provide detailed information about our products and services including Business Email Hosting, VPS, Web Hosting, Cyber Security Products and other solutions.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
Record all customer interactions and lead progress in CRM or tracking tools.
Collaborate with technical and support teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new customers.
Stay updated on product offerings, market trends, and competitors.
Attend client meetings (online/in-person) as required.
Work towards achieving monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Provide post-sale support and assist in building long-term client relationships.
The role offers a fixed monthly salary along with incentives/commissions based on individual sales performance.
