Key Responsibilities:

Researching Embroidery / Textile trends and staying up-to-date with industry developments.
Developing design concepts that align with our brand identity and target market.
Creating sketches and prototypes of designs using software and traditional methods.
Collaborating with the creative team to refine designs and create final products.
Selecting fabrics, trims, and accessories that meet design requirements and budget constraints.
Communicating with manufacturers to ensure designs are produced to the required standard.
Managing the design process from conception to production.

Requirements:

Proven experience as an Embroidery / Textile Designer, with a strong portfolio of previous designs.
Specialist in using software and computer-aided design (CAD) programs to develop a range of designs.
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
Ability to research and analyze Embroidery / Textile trends and incorporate them into designs.
Knowledge of garment construction and production processes.
