Sales Executive – HVACR Industry

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our team at our Karachi office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales and securing HVACR projects, equipment supply, spare parts, and maintenance service contracts from companies, consultants, and contractors.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities in the HVACR sector.
Approach and build relationships with consultants, MEP contractors, facility managers, and commercial clients.
Generate leads for HVACR projects and convert them into sales.
Promote and sell HVAC equipment, spare parts, and annual maintenance contracts.
Conduct client visits, meetings, and product presentations.
Prepare and submit technical and commercial proposals.
Follow up on leads, quotations, and project pipelines.
Collaborate with technical and service teams to ensure timely and quality execution.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and new technologies.
Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.

Candidate Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience in the HVACR industry.
Solid understanding of HVACR systems, spare parts, and maintenance services.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Must be proactive, target-driven, and customer-focused.
Good command of MS Office and basic CRM tools.
Valid driving license and willingness to travel within the city for client meetings.
