Senior SEO Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior SEO Specialist with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in managing SEO strategies specifically for software development companies. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of how search engines work and how to build SEO strategies that drive traffic, improve SERP rankings, and generate leads in the competitive tech industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute successful SEO strategies aligned with our software development services and products.
Conduct technical SEO audits and provide actionable recommendations to improve site architecture, content, and link-building opportunities.
Perform comprehensive keyword research tailored to B2B software markets.
Monitor and analyze SEO performance metrics (e.g., Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs).
Develop and manage an effective content strategy targeting software industry keywords and search intents.
Collaborate with developers and content writers to implement on-page and off-page SEO tactics.
Write and review high-quality, SEO-optimized content including blogs, landing pages, and meta content.
Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and competitor activities.
Provide detailed SEO reports and strategy updates to the marketing team and management.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of proven SEO experience, specifically with software development companies.
Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO principles.
Experience using SEO tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog, Google Analytics, and Search Console.
Solid experience in content writing and strategy, with an ability to create engaging, keyword-focused content.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret SEO data and make informed decisions.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
Familiarity with CMS platforms like WordPress and basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Willingness to work the night shift (08:00 PM to 05:00 AM).
