Requirements:
- Must have a laptop and a stable internet connection
- Experience in bidding on Upwork or similar freelancing platforms
- Understanding of Python, Node.js, React, and software development projects
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and bid on relevant projects in Python, Node.js, React, and other development areas
- Write engaging and customized proposals to attract clients
- Communicate with clients, understand project needs, and negotiate effectively
- Improve response rates and maintain a high project conversion ratio
- Collaborate with the team for smooth project onboarding and execution
