We are looking for a results-driven and creative Sales and Marketing Representative to join our team. In this role, you will identify and engage potential clients, build strong relationships, and craft compelling marketing strategies to promote Codesprint’s services. Your efforts will directly contribute to expanding our market presence and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales:
- Identify and reach out to potential clients through various channels (email, calls, social media, etc.).
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs.
- Prepare and present tailored proposals to prospective clients.
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Marketing:
- Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns to generate leads and increase brand awareness.
- Collaborate with the team to create engaging content for social media, email campaigns, and the website.
