eCommerce Inventory / QuickBooks Online Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented E-commerce Inventory / QuickBooks Online Assistant with expertise in managing inventory from China and handling accounts-related tasks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing product sourcing, stock levels, supplier coordination, and financial reconciliation to ensure smooth operations of our e-commerce business.

Salary: 60K to 80K

Key Responsibilities:

Inventory Management:

Oversee inventory procurement from China-based suppliers, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.
Maintain optimal stock levels to prevent overstocking or stockouts.
Develop and implement inventory control procedures to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
Track inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely delivery and replenishment.
Coordinate with the warehouse team for stock audits and cycle counts.

Supplier & Logistics Coordination:

Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and manufacturers in China.
Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and order quantities.
Work closely with freight forwarders and logistics partners to optimize shipping costs and delivery times.
Resolve any supply chain disruptions or delays effectively.

QuickBooks Online & Financial Management:

Monitor purchase orders, invoices, and supplier payments to ensure accurate accounting records.
Reconcile inventory costs and maintain financial reports related to procurement and stock valuation.
Assist in budgeting and cost control strategies for inventory procurement.
Collaborate with the finance team for proper financial reporting and tax compliance.
