Telesales Representative

We are seeking fresh graduates with excellent communication skills to join our Inbound and Outbound Healthcare USA Campaign team. As an Inbound and Outbound Healthcare USA Campaign Executive, you will be responsible for providing information about healthcare products and services to patients and healthcare providers in the USA.

Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls to provide information to patients and healthcare providers in the USA.
Schedule appointments and follow-up calls with patients in the USA.
Maintain accurate records of all communication with patients and healthcare providers in the USA.
Meet performance targets and achieve customer satisfaction goals.
Continuously improve knowledge of healthcare products and services in the USA.

Requirements:

Fresh graduate with a Bachelor's degree.
Good communication skills.
Strong customer service skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Must be able to work in the evening shift (5 pm to 2 am).

Knowledge of the US healthcare industry will be an added advantage.
