Supports our Operations/Administrators by posting open positions on social media and job search platforms, filtering resumes for best-suited candidates, monitoring social media and job search platforms for accuracy, communicating with the Operations/Administrators status of filling those positions, scheduling interviews and maintaining a record of progress. Maintains continuity with health insurance and all aspects involving compliance.  In addition, works closely with the facilities controlling budgetary structure in this fast-paced environment. Must be able to build rapport with the facility management teams.

Reports To: Regional Director/COO

Essential Job Duties

  1. Maintains a positive attitude and always demonstrates teamwork.
  2. Performs general customer service duties to ensure facility satisfaction.
  3. Displays a high level of problem-solving skills
  4. Efficient in computer skills including Google Docs, Google Calendar, Indeed, Facebook, Excel
  5. Creative skill set to build job postings that will have the highest response from qualified candidates
  6. Post ads on job search platforms effectively
  7. Monitors job postings and adjusts based on facility need
  8. Complete understanding of the budgets for posting ads
  9. Will filter resumes for those best suited for the advertised position and notify the Operations manager to approve the interview
  10. Set up interviews in person or virtual using the Operations calendar on Google Calendar.
  11. Ability to monitor job search platforms and understand when to pause ad
  12. Monitor the facility budget for advertising open positions and notify the Regional when monthly budgetary parameters are running out.  
  13. The Regional has jurisdiction to approve additional funds if necessary
  14. Understands the importance of no delays in posting and filling positions.
  15. When candidate(s) have fulfilled the request, communicating with the Regional and pausing ad
  16. Forward and track new hire paperwork and ensure compliance is met.  New hire paperwork is to be forwarded to the facility for the HR file.
  17. Work schedule consists of 5 days weekly.
  18. Have some knowledge of human resources and the regulatory expectations of the state and federal governing bodies.
  19. Have knowledge of the company insurance program and understand the company policy regarding health insurance to appropriately convey information to the facilities.
  20. Performs all tasks involving company health insurance, staying within compliance and confirming data is up to date.  Also, communicating with the facilities any changes and executing those changes immediately.
  21. Conducting rate comparisons and presenting the information effectively to the CEO.
  22. Ensures insurance charges are correct and communicates to the finance department if diversions have happened.  
  23. Will communicate directly with the insurance agency in solving issues and communicating such results to the facility
