- Develop and maintain a comprehensive compliance program that includes policies, procedures, training, and monitoring.
- Ensure that all employees understand their roles and responsibilities in maintaining compliance.
- Conduct regular audits and reviews of internal processes and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Identify and report potential compliance issues and recommend corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory bodies, industry associations, and other stakeholders to stay informed about changes in laws and regulations.
- Participate in industry-wide initiatives and committees to promote best practices in compliance.
- Develop and maintain a risk-based approach to compliance, identifying areas of high risk and prioritizing efforts accordingly.
- Perform & assist in different lab tests.
