PKR. 40,000 - 250,000/Month
You will be responsible for coordinating and managing the transportation of freight, ensuring timely deliveries, and maintaining communication with drivers and clients. This role requires strong organizational skills and a minimum of one year of experience in dispatching.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and dispatch trucks to ensure timely delivery of freight.
- Communicate effectively with drivers to provide updates and resolve issues.
- Monitor and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities and driver logs.
- Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to optimize routes and improve efficiency.
- Address any issues or delays that may arise during transportation.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a truck dispatcher or in a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using dispatch software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of DOT regulations and safety standards is a plus.
