We are hiring a Customer Support Representative for our office in Bahadurabad, Karachi. The job involves replying to customer messages on Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp, handling queries, and providing order support.
The ideal candidate should have good written communication skills in Urdu and English, be familiar with using social media and WhatsApp Business, and must be punctual and responsible.
