We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Property Acquisition Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in expanding our property portfolio by engaging with landlords, agents, and property owners, building strong relationships, and negotiating company let agreements. You will also be responsible for identifying potential opportunities, arranging property viewings, and assisting in drafting agreements. This position is perfect for someone with excellent communication skills, a customer-oriented approach, and a strong ability to build relationships quickly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Outbound Communication: Conduct outbound calls to agents, landlords, and property owners to introduce the company’s services and build rapport. (150 calls/day)
  • Needs Assessment: Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to understand their requirements and challenges.
  • Presenting Benefits: Pitch the benefits of company let agreements and explain how they address the needs of landlords and property owners. (GRA)
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with agents, landlords, and property owners to turn initial cold calls into long-term collaborations.
  • Arranging Viewings: Schedule and coordinate property viewings with agents, landlords, or owners. (Target Based)
  • Agreement Drafting: Assist in preparing and reviewing tenancy agreements and other related documentation.
  • Follow-up & CRM Management: Follow up on leads and maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions in the CRM system.
  • Problem Solving: Handle objections and rejections professionally, maintaining a positive attitude to foster trust and collaboration.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, property market changes, and competitor activities to tailor strategies effectively.
  • Performance Goals: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call quotas and conversion targets.
  • Reporting: Provide regular updates on property acquisitions, leads, and conversions to management.

Skills & Competencies

  • Proven experience in property acquisition, telemarketing, cold calling, or a similar sales role.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-oriented approach with a natural ability to build relationships quickly and professionally.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and other sales-related software.
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment and meet or exceed targets.
  • Knowledge of property markets and company let agreements is highly desirable.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Marketing, or Real Estate is a plus.
  • Proven track record of achieving targets in cold calling, telemarketing, or property acquisition roles.
  • Familiarity with legal requirements and agreements related to property leasing is an advantage.
