We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to lead and execute our esports and gaming marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will be passionate about gaming and esports, possess strong organizational skills, and have the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Planning & Execution: Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets for esports tournaments, marketing campaigns, and influencer collaborations.
- Team Coordination: Work closely with internal teams, including creative, marketing, and operations, to ensure smooth project execution.
- Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their requirements are met and expectations exceeded.
- Event Management: Oversee the planning and execution of esports tournaments, both online and offline, ensuring seamless operations.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and evaluate project performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, influencers, and partners in the gaming industry.
- Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery.
