We are looking for a talented Content Writer with 3 to 4 years of experience to join our team as a Team Lead at our Gulberg 2 office in Lahore. This full-time, onsite role requires a professional who excels in writing and editing, with proven leadership skills to manage a small in-house content team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SEO principles and digital content strategies to support and enhance the company’s marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Write and edit high-quality content for blogs, websites, and various marketing materials.
- Lead and manage a team of 2 to 4 content writers by assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and ensuring deadlines are consistently met.
- Maintain uniform content quality and preserve the brand voice across all platforms and channels.
- Work closely with SEO and marketing teams to ensure content aligns with overall strategic goals.
- Track content performance using relevant metrics and optimize content based on data-driven insights.
Required Qualifications:
- 3 to 4 years of professional experience in content writing, including experience in managing a team.
- Excellent command of English writing and editing skills, with attention to detail.
- Strong knowledge of SEO best practices and familiarity with content optimization tools such as Grammarly and Surfer.
- Effective communication skills and strong time-management abilities to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
This position offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from PKR 70,000 to 80,000. The role requires the candidate to work onsite at the Lahore office to facilitate close collaboration with the team and other departments.
