Sales Account Executive

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the Lead Generation Specialist and Business Development Representative (BDR) to execute the sales strategy.
Handle team management responsibilities, including task delegation and performance evaluation.
Execute tasks of a Sales Development Representative (SDR) while also working as an Account Executive (AE).
Send personalized messages, cold emails, and conduct cold calls to potential leads.
Manage bulk emailing, set up automations, and handle client meetings.
Handle client interactions and follow-ups post-meeting bookings by the BDR or self.
Utilize LinkedIn, email marketing, and Apollo for lead generation and outreach.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience as an SDR and at least 6 months experience as an AE.
Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
Strong leadership tendencies and ability to manage a team effectively.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Experience using LinkedIn, email marketing, and Apollo.
Proficiency in CRM software and sales automation tools.
Degree and certificates in related fields are a plus point but not essential.

Additional Details:

In-house position for 5 days a week in the morning shift, with potential for remote work based on experience.
Flexibility to accommodate remote work for experienced candidates.
Willingness to collaborate effectively with the Lead Generation Specialist and BDR teams.
Ability to handle remote work monitoring.
