Telesales Representative

You will generate leads, engage potential customers, and close sales for our solar energy solutions. This role requires strong communication skills, a persuasive approach, and a customer-focused mindset to drive business growth.

Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential customers, introducing them to our solar energy solutions and identifying their energy needs.
Handle inbound inquiries via calls and WhatsApp, providing clear and accurate information about our products and services.
Explain the benefits of solar energy in a simple and compelling manner to encourage customer interest.
Follow up with leads, build relationships, and nurture potential clients until they are ready to purchase.
Work closely with the sales team to schedule appointments and site visits for interested customers.
Maintain accurate records of calls, inquiries, and sales in the CRM system.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business success.

Qualifications

Minimum Intermediate (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
Experience in telesales or customer service is a plus, preferably in the renewable energy or related industry.
Strong communication and persuasion skills.
Ability to handle objections and turn leads into customers.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and digital communication tools.
A positive attitude, confidence, and a results-driven mindset.
