AI - Project Based Internship

Cotton Web Limited is excited to introduce its AI-focused internship program aimed at bridging the gap between academic knowledge and industrial applications. This program presents students with a valuable opportunity to engage in real-world AI projects specifically within the textile/ denim industry. Interns will receive hands-on experience utilizing artificial intelligence, machine learning, and data science to optimize production processes, automate operations, and enhance quality control measures. This internship is ideal for those who are eager to apply their technical skills in a practical environment while contributing to innovative solutions in the industry.

Responsibilities

Assist in the development and implementation of machine learning algorithms to analyze production data and improve efficiency.
Engage in data manipulation and pre-processing tasks using Python or R to prepare datasets for analysis.
Participate in the design and development of predictive models to forecast manufacturing trends and consumption patterns.
Utilize natural language processing techniques to extract insights from text data related to customer feedback and product reviews.
Collaborate with team members to create data visualization dashboards that present findings in an intuitive and informative manner.
Support research efforts by gathering and analyzing data to identify potential areas for process improvement.
Conduct statistical analyses to evaluate process effectiveness and inform decision-making within production areas.
Experiment with various machine learning tools and frameworks, including TensorFlow, Scikit-Learn, and PyTorch, to design robust models.
Participate in the testing and evaluation of developed models to assess their performance and accuracy.
Contribute to documentation efforts, detailing methodologies, analyses, and results for use in reports and presentations.
Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in AI, machine learning, and data science to enhance project outputs.
Assist in integrating machine learning models with existing systems using RESTful APIs and other relevant technologies.
Support the development of prototypes and scale solutions that leverage computer vision for quality control.
Work under the guidance of experienced team members to foster learning and professional development in AI applications.
Attend regular meetings to discuss project progress, challenges, and opportunities for innovation.
