Deputy Manager GGT Sampling

The Deputy Manager GGT Sampling plays a critical role within Cotton Web Limited, overseeing the comprehensive sampling processes essential for ensuring that all samples align with quality and customer specifications. This position requires a strong blend of analytical skills, technical expertise, and project management capabilities. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a dedicated team of five professionals, working collaboratively across various departments including Merchandising and Production to minimize sample rejections while ensuring adherence to technical specifications, fabric behaviors, and styling requirements. Your leadership will be pivotal in achieving daily sampling targets and optimizing workflow efficiencies within the organization, thereby contributing directly to the high standards for which Cotton Web Limited is known in the textile and apparel manufacturing sectors.
Responsibilities

Oversee the end-to-end sampling processes, ensuring all samples comply with defined quality standards and customer requirements.
Lead and manage a team of 5 sampling professionals, providing guidance and support to meet daily production targets.
Analyze sampling data and utilize statistical software to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate effectively with departments such as Merchandising and Production to ensure seamless communication and minimize sample rejection rates.
Coordinate the development of technical specifications for samples, ensuring that all fabric behaviors and styling requirements are clearly documented.
Implement quality assurance protocols to monitor and maintain the integrity of samples throughout the sampling process.
Foster a team-oriented culture that encourages continuous improvement and professional development among team members.
Prepare regular reports on sampling performance metrics and present findings to senior management for strategic decision-making.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in textile sampling to continually enhance process efficiency.
Conduct training sessions for team members on new technologies and techniques relevant to sampling and quality control.
