Senior Assistant Manager ICT

As a Senior Assistant Manager ICT at Cotton Web Limited, you play a pivotal role in overseeing critical Information and Communication Technology initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and business functionality. You collaborate closely with management and software development teams to ensure seamless upgrades and integrations of our existing systems, particularly focusing on expanding our Oracle EBS-R12 footprint. Your expertise in IT Service Management and Data Management allows you to translate complex business requirements into actionable Oracle solutions that meet the company's strategic objectives. Your contributions are vital in driving system improvements and ensuring that all configurations are well documented, thus facilitating continued operational excellence.
Responsibilities

Assist management in planning and executing upgrades of existing system components to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Support in the consolidation of additional business functions by integrating new applications and modules to the ERP system.
Collaborate with software developers to create and refine detailed design specifications based on business needs.
Capture, analyze, and estimate customer business requirements accurately, translating them into technical Oracle Solutions.
Liaise with the Accounts Department to support reconciliations of financial modules from the system, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Document all application setups, configurations, and changes meticulously to maintain a clear audit trail and operational transparency.
Conduct reviews of system performance and user feedback to identify areas for improvement and address any issues promptly.
Keep abreast of technological advancements and industry trends related to IT service management and ERP solutions to inform decision-making.
Facilitate training sessions for end-users to enhance their understanding and utilization of the systems, driving user adoption and satisfaction.
