We are is looking for a reliable and friendly Cashier & Order Support Associate to join our team! In this role, you will primarily handle cash and digital payments, ensuring smooth and accurate transactions. During busy hours or when needed, you'll also assist in taking customer orders at the counter with a warm and welcoming attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers with a smile and provide excellent service.
- Accurately handle cash, card, and mobile payments using the POS system.
- Issue receipts, refunds, or change as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized cashier station.
- Assist with taking orders during rush hours or when the counter is busy.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure order accuracy.
- Answer basic customer questions about the menu.
- Report any payment discrepancies or technical issues to the manager.
- Follow all safety, hygiene, and company policies.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a cashier or in customer service is a plus (not mandatory).
Basic math skills and attention to detail.
Friendly, responsible, and punctual.
Good communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Must be a team player and willing to help wherever needed.
