As an Engineering company, we are specialized in Metal fabrication including MS, SS, & Aluminum, fabrication works. We also provide repair and maintenance works, all over in Pakistan.

About the role

We are seeking an innovative marketing Manager to promote our company's brand and services. In this role, you will be optimizing our marketing strategies, managing the budget, as well as preparing forecasts.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote and sell in Metal fabrication and equipment manufacturing to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Identify and cultivate relationships with potential clients, including investors, businesses, and corporations.
Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring the achievement of sales targets and revenue goals.
Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the management team.
Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
Research and identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, products and services - or new ways of reaching existing markets to improving sales.
Generating new business leads to increase the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
Meet with customers/clients face to face or over the phone.
Think strategically - seeing the bigger picture and setting aims and objectives in order to develop and improve the business.
Develop creative and engaging social media strategies.
Manage the day-to-day handling of all social media channels such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram, Tiktok and YouTube, adapting content to suit different channels.
Any obligation/task by the line manager from time to time.
