Supervise daily mess operations, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and food quality, Plan and oversee meal preparation, portion control, and food distribution

Manage inventory, stock levels, and procurement of food supplies within the allocated budget
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene protocol
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for timely delivery of quality ingredients
Train and supervise mess staff, assigning duties and maintaining discipline, Address and resolve any complaints or issues related to food service
Maintain records of expenses, food consumption, and staff performance.
