Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Monitor product engineering and costing. Implement process automation.
- Oversee plant capacities, efficiencies and piece rate development.
- Feasibility, machines and manpower Planning. Monitor and assist production to improve plan vs actual.
- Deliver trainings, develop training modules, training feedback and improvement mechanism.
- Implement RCA, CAP, Kaizen and Lean tools on floor.
- Process Standardization, Headcount Rationalization & Skill Development.
Qualifications
- BE Industrial Engineering
- Work experience 10 to 12 years in Industrial Engineering
