Key Responsibilities and Duties

  • Monitor product engineering and costing. Implement process automation.
  • Oversee plant capacities, efficiencies and piece rate development.
  • Feasibility, machines and manpower Planning. Monitor and assist production to improve plan vs actual.
  •   Deliver trainings, develop training modules, training feedback and improvement mechanism.
  • Implement RCA, CAP, Kaizen and Lean tools on floor.
  • Process Standardization, Headcount Rationalization & Skill Development.  

Qualifications

  • BE Industrial Engineering
  • Work experience 10 to 12 years in Industrial Engineering
