We’re looking for a talented and reliable Chef to join our small but passionate team. As a key team member, you’ll take the lead on all things pastry—creating fresh, high-quality baked goods and desserts that keep our customers coming back. This is a hands-on role that requires creativity, efficiency, and a strong sense of ownership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake daily offerings, including pastries, cakes, cookies, breads, and seasonal items.
- Develop new menu items and rotate offerings based on customer preferences and seasonal ingredients.
- Maintain consistent quality and presentation across all products.
- Manage ingredient inventory, order supplies, and minimize waste to help control costs.
- Ensure the kitchen meets all health and safety regulations.
- Keep a clean and organized work area.
- Work collaboratively with a small team and help in other kitchen tasks when needed.
