Key Responsibilities:
Conduct online research to identify and profile target prospects (contractors, subcontractors, architects)
Build and maintain accurate lead lists and CRM records
Make 250–300 outbound cold calls per day to decision‑makers
Send personalized follow‑up emails and LinkedIn messages
Qualify leads by uncovering project scope, budget, and timeline
Present service offerings clearly and persuade prospects to book consultations
Handle objections and gatekeepers with professionalism and resilience
Schedule discovery calls or in‑person meetings for the estimating team
Track and report daily call activity, lead status, and conversion metrics
