We’re seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to elevate our creative output to the next level. Your work will directly impact client success, brand reputation, and the performance of campaigns across all

digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

1. Creative Leadership:

Design visually stunning, conversion-focused assets for websites, paid ads (Google, Meta, TikTok, etc.), social media posts, video shorts, andbranding materials.
Ensure all designs align with client brand guidelines, marketing goals, and industry trends.

2. Website Design Excellence:

Collaborate with web developers to create responsive, user-centric website layouts that enhance UX/UI and drive engagement.
Produce wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.

3. Paid Ad Innovation:

Craft high-impact ad creatives (static, video, carousel) that boost click-through rates (CTR) and conversions for Google Ads, Meta Ads, and nother platforms.
A/B test designs to optimize performance.

4. Social Media & Content Creation:

Design eye-catching social media posts, infographics, and video shorts tailored to platform-specific best practices (e.g., Instagram Reels, TikTok,Pinterest).
Develop templates for recurring campaigns to maintain brand consistency.

5. Brand Identity Development:

Create and refine brand identities, including logos, color palettes, typography, and style guides.

6. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work closely with SEO specialists, content writers, and marketing strategists to ensure cohesive campaign execution.
Present design concepts to clients and internal teams with clear rationale.

7. Trend Awareness:

Stay ahead of design trends, emerging tools, and platform updates to keep our agency at the cutting edge.

Qualifications & Expertise

Must-Have Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field from a recognized art/design school.
3–5 years of proven experience in a digital marketing agency or fast-paced creative environment.
Portfolio: Showcase a diverse range of projects (websites, ads, social media, branding) with measurable results (e.g., improved CTR, client growth).

Technical Expertise:

Adobe Creative Suite: Mastery of Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and XD.
Web Design Tools: Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD for prototyping.
Video & Motion Design: Proficiency in Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools for video shorts and animated ads.
UI/UX Principles: Understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and user journey optimization.
Collaboration Tools: Experience with Slack, Trello, or Asana for project management.
Basic HTML/CSS: Familiarity is a plus for seamless developer collaboration.

Bonus Skills:

● Experience with Canva for quick social media templates.

● Knowledge of 3D design tools (Blender, Cinema 4D) or motion graphics.

● Understanding of marketing analytics (e.g., how design impacts CTR, conversions).
