As we continue to expand, we are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative (CSR) to support our dynamic sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Communication: Act as a liaison between clients and the sales team by addressing inquiries, providing updates, and maintaining strong relationships.
- Record Keeping: Ensure accurate and organized documentation of sales transactions, client information, and correspondence.
- Pricing and Quotations: Handle pricing queries, prepare quotations, and assist clients with pricing-related concerns.
- Team Support: Collaborate with the sales team to streamline processes and ensure seamless operations.
- Follow-Up: Proactively reach out to clients for feedback, order follow-ups, and to address any concerns.
Requirements:
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; training will be provided.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
- Prior experience in logistics is preferred but not required(Freshers are encouraged to apply)
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be located in Lahore(Onsite role)

Monday to Friday(9 am-6 pm)
Saturday(9 am - 1 pm)
