- Handle all purchasing activities for fabrics, trims, packaging, and accessories.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local and international suppliers.
- Ensure timely procurement of materials to avoid delays in production.
- Evaluate supplier performance, negotiate contracts, and get the best prices.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse and production teams
- Ensure quality standards of purchased goods align with company expectations.
- Maintain proper documentation of purchase orders and supplier invoices.
- Stay updated with market trends, new materials, and cost-effective options.
