Customer Care Representatives

We are looking for a committed Customer Service Representative to join our team at the North Nazimabad office. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a genuine enthusiasm for providing outstanding customer support. This full-time, on-site role requires handling customer inquiries efficiently while delivering solutions tailored to their needs. Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer calls, ensuring accurate and satisfactory resolution of inquiries and concerns.
- Address customer requests based on their specific requirements, maintaining a high level of service quality.
- Manage challenging situations involving dissatisfied customers with patience and empathy, aiming to de-escalate and provide effective support.

Required Qualifications:
- Education level ranging from Intermediate to Graduate (BA/BCOM).
- Strong verbal communication skills combined with excellent active listening abilities.
- A patient and empathetic approach when interacting with customers.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Proficiency in spoken English is preferred to facilitate clear communication.
- Previous experience working in a call center environment is advantageous.
