Customer Sales Representative

We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic Customer Sales Representatives to join our vibrant night shift sales team. This full-time position is open to both freshers and experienced professionals who have basic to fluent English skills and strong communication abilities. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound sales calls to potential customers with confidence and clarity.
- Clearly explain products and services to customers in an engaging and professional manner.
- Maintain high standards of professionalism and deliver excellent customer service at all times.
- Consistently achieve and exceed daily and weekly sales targets.
- Accurately update customer information and call logs in CRM systems.
- Participate actively in training sessions and team meetings to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Identify and qualify new sales leads through research, networking, and referrals.
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, or in-person to provide product information and resolve inquiries promptly.

Required Qualifications
- Basic to fluent English communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and persuasive abilities.
- Availability to work full-time night shifts from 6:00 PM to 4:00 AM.
- Open to both freshers and experienced candidates.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.

Compensation
- Freshers can expect a monthly salary ranging from PKR 25,000 to 35,000.
- Experienced candidates may earn between PKR 35,000 and 50,000 per month.

Shift Timing
- Full-time night shift from 6:00 PM to 4:00 AM.
