The Pentagon Food Group, a well-established leader in the Food and Beverages industry, is looking for a motivated Sales Representative to join their team. This position plays a crucial role in driving sales by effectively communicating the value of the company’s products to both new and existing clients. The Sales Representative will serve as the main point of contact, responsible for identifying potential customers, educating them about the product range, and providing ongoing support to ensure strong and lasting client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage online and telephone orders for assigned customer accounts with accuracy and efficiency. Ensure 100% execution of daily assigned calls to maintain consistent outreach and engagement with clients. Focus on range selling by promoting a broader variety of products to customers, while implementing selling strategies such as upselling and cross-selling to increase product lines and customer spending. Maintain sales growth and profit margins in line with company objectives. Enhance the overall customer experience by delivering excellent service and proactively minimizing customer churn through strong relationship management and support.
Required Qualifications:
A Bachelor’s degree in Sales & Marketing, International Relations, Business Administration, Mass Communications, or a related discipline is essential. Candidates should have between six months to one year of sales experience within the Food & Beverage, FMCG, or Telecom sectors. Proven expertise in both B2B and B2C telesales environments is required. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English are necessary, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook. Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software is important. The role also demands excellent time management abilities and the capacity to handle conflicts effectively.
