Senior Travel Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Senior Travel Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in selling Umrah and holiday packages, as well as ticketing, and a proven track record in the US, UK, and Canadian markets. The role requires proficiency in GDS platforms such as Sabre and Galileo, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead and manage a team effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Consultation:

Design and sell Umrah, holiday packages, and air tickets tailored to client needs.
Provide expert travel advice to clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.

Market Expertise:

Leverage deep knowledge of the US, UK, and Canadian travel markets to identify client preferences and market trends.
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and clients.

GDS Proficiency:

Use Sabre and Galileo systems for flight bookings, cancellations, and itinerary management.
Handle ticket issuances and exchanges efficiently.

Team Leadership:

Led and mentored a team of travel consultants to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance team productivity and morale.

Client Relationship Management:

Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.

· Requirements:

Minimum 3-4 years of experience in the travel industry, focusing on the US, UK, and Canadian markets.
Proven expertise in selling Umrah & holiday packages and ticketing services.
Proficiency in GDS platforms such as Sabre and Galileo.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent team management and leadership abilities.
