Credentialing Executive

We are seeking a Credentialing Executive to manage and oversee the credentialing and provider enrollment processes. The ideal candidate will ensure that all healthcare providers meet regulatory and industry compliance standards by verifying their credentials, licenses, and affiliations. This role requires excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to coordinate with insurance companies, healthcare providers, and regulatory agencies.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the end-to-end credentialing and re-credentialing process for healthcare providers.
Verify and maintain accurate records of licenses, certifications, and provider credentials.
Submit and follow up on provider enrollment applications with insurance companies, Medicare, and Medicaid.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, accreditation standards (NCQA, JCAHO), and payer requirements.
Maintain and update provider records in credentialing databases and software (e.g., CAQH, PECOS).
Track and manage renewal deadlines for licenses and certifications.
Communicate with healthcare providers and payers to resolve credentialing issues and delays.
Assist in audit preparations and provide necessary documentation to regulatory bodies.
Stay updated on credentialing regulations and industry best practices.
