Quality Assurance Executive

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist to ensure our products and services meet established quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of quality control processes, compliance regulations, and testing methodologies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify, document, and resolve quality issues, ensuring continuous improvement in our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance processes and procedures.
Conduct audits, inspections, and testing to ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
Identify, document, and track defects, ensuring timely resolution.
Collaborate with development, production, and operations teams to enhance product quality.
Analyze data and generate reports on quality metrics, trends, and improvement areas.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, certifications, and customer expectations.
Provide training and guidance to employees on quality standards and best practices.
Participate in process improvement initiatives and risk assessments.

Requirements & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field.
Years of experience in quality assurance, testing, or process improvement.
Strong knowledge of industry standards (e.g., ISO, Six Sigma, GMP, etc.).
Proficiency in QA tools, software, and methodologies.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Certification in Quality Assurance (e.g., CQE, CQA) is a plus.
