We are looking for a Technical Support Officer to provide IT support, troubleshoot hardware/software issues for our Products, and assist users with technical inquiries. The role involves system maintenance, user training, and ensuring smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-level support to users (hardware, software, network issues).
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly.
  • Install, configure, and maintain software/hardware systems.
  • Document issues and resolutions in the ticketing system.
  • Monitor IT infrastructure and assist with system updates/upgrades.
  • Provide user training and guidance on IT best practices.
