Shift: Night Shift (6:30 PM - 4:30 AM)
Experience: Minimum 5 Years (Must have experience in USA-based Telemarketing Campaigns)

What You’ll Do:
- Lead and manage a telemarketing team handling USA-based inbound & outbound campaigns
- Develop and execute high-impact sales strategies to exceed targets
- Provide hands-on coaching and training to enhance team performance
- Monitor call quality, sales scripts, and customer interactions to ensure excellence
- Analyze performance data and optimize sales processes to boost conversions
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management, specifically in USA-based telemarketing campaigns
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
- A results-driven mindset with the ability to motivate and mentor a team
- Availability to work night shifts (6:30 PM - 4:30 AM) in Lahore
