We are looking for an experienced Telemarketer to join our high-energy team. Our telemarketing campaigns are USA-based, offering a dynamic opportunity to connect with international clients and drive results. If you thrive in sales, persuasion, and building relationships, we want you on our team!
What You'll Do:
- Handle outbound telemarketing calls for USA-based campaigns
- Address inquiries, objections, and manage follow-ups professionally
- Work towards and exceed daily and weekly sales targets
- Collaborate with the sales team to optimize strategies and boost conversions
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions for reporting
What We’re Looking For:
- At least 2 years of experience in telemarketing or sales
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work night shifts (7 PM - 4 AM)
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and a strong team player
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
