10+ years of experience in Information Technology
08+ years of experience in a similar role (Active Directory design, Azure and O365 break/fix activities, engineering, complex implementations, and migrations)
10+ years of experience in Microsoft Office 365/2016/2019 cloud deployments
05+ years of experience supporting SharePoint and Microsoft O365, preferably in a consulting role
Expertise in coordination and escalation to Microsoft support and ability to coordinate with first- and third-party software vendors as needed for resolution of business-impacting problems
10+ years of experience with PowerShell scripting and other command-line interfaces
Ability to understand and design large enterprise-level solutions using technical, application, and business requirements
05+ years of experience developing and executing complex cloud deployment scenarios
Demonstrate strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Strong technical writing and documentation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Online Office Apps experience a must
Experience with ShareGate and SharePoint Migration Assessment Tools
Interpersonal skills needed to work with clients
Knowledge of Nintex, Docusign, Adobe Signature, AzureAD, M365 Admin Center highly desirable
