As the face of our business, the call center representative needs to be a quick learner who can recall scripts and adjust them during a call. They need also to have strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Managing large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner

  • Identifying customers’ needs, clarifying information, researching every issue and providing solutions.
