- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, interviews, and offers.
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and expectations.
- Utilize job boards, social media platforms, and networking events to source candidates.
- Conduct onboarding processes and ensure a seamless experience for new hires.
- Monitor key HR metrics, such as turnover rates and time-to-fill, and provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate with the HR team to improve recruitment policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in hiring and recruitment.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, ATS, and best practices.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with employment laws and HR compliance.
