We are looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to join our team. You will oversee production operations and ensure efficient manufacturing of high-quality products.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise the production team, ensuring safety and adherence to policies.

Resolve production issues promptly to minimize downtime.
Maintain quality control standards.

Train and support production staff.
Skills and Requirements:
Qualification Bachelor’s degree Relevant experience
- 3 to 4 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing.
- Strong understanding of production processes and equipment.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Effective problem-solving abilities.Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in production management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
