We are looking for a highly skilled Data Analyst to support the Country Director by transforming complex data into actionable business insights. This role requires collecting, processing, and analyzing data from multiple departments to drive strategic decision-making and improve organizational performance. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience managing data quality and executive-level reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Data Analysis: Gather, process, and analyze data from departments such as sales, marketing, finance, and operations. Deliver actionable insights that support the Country Director’s strategic initiatives.
Executive Reporting: Create high-level analytical reports, dashboards, and presentations to assist leadership in strategic planning and decision-making.
Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with department heads and key stakeholders to collect accurate and timely data aligned with business goals.
Forecasting & Trend Analysis: Apply statistical tools and models to forecast business outcomes, identify growth opportunities, and evaluate potential risks using historical and real-time data.
Data Governance & Quality Control: Maintain data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all sources. Identify discrepancies and collaborate with departments to enhance data quality.
Business Insights & Recommendations: Convert complex datasets into clear, actionable insights and recommendations that support organizational objectives and executive decisions.
Cross-functional Coordination: Serve as the central data resource for the Country Director, ensuring departmental data aligns with overall organizational strategy.
Tool & Dashboard Development: Build and maintain advanced Excel models, Power BI dashboards, or other analytics tools to enable real-time decision-making.
Confidentiality & Data Security: Uphold strict confidentiality of sensitive business data and adhere to data privacy and security standards at all times.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
- 5 to 8 years of experience in data analytics, including at least 2 years in a managerial or strategic reporting capacity.
- Proficiency in advanced Excel, SQL, and business intelligence tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
