Cab Controller

Data Call Center is a Multinational Service Provider to our British Clients and has service centers in major cities of Pakistan. We are in need of a Client Service Manager for our Taxi/Cab Services in the UK.

Candidates who previously lived or stayed in the UK will be preferred because they will be aware of areas of the UK
Exceptional communication skills preferably with a foreign accent (British)
Experience in customer service/ call center environment
Excellent Customer Management Skills
Complaint Management & Escalation process.
Self Motivated
Good Team Player
Ability to multi-task
Achieve established standards for call handling quality
Shift timings are rotating and you are expected to work on ROTA.
Goal-Oriented, determined and high-achiever
