Data Call Center is a Multinational Service Provider to our British Clients and has service centers in major cities of Pakistan. We are in need of a Client Service Manager for our Taxi/Cab Services in the UK.

  • Candidates who previously lived or stayed in the UK will be preferred because they will be aware of areas of the UK 
  • Exceptional communication skills preferably with a foreign accent (British)
  • Experience in customer service/ call center environment 
  • Excellent Customer Management Skills
  • Complaint Management & Escalation process.
  • Self Motivated
  • Good Team Player
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Achieve established standards for call handling quality
  •  Shift timings are rotating and you are expected to work on ROTA.
  • Goal-Oriented, determined and high-achiever
