We are looking for an experienced taxi and minicab dispatcher/controller who can handle inbound bookings and can handle drivers and dispatch them efficiently.
As taxi controller and dispatcher, your role will be
- Take inbound customer calls for the taxi booking
- Add bookings into the dispatch system
- Allocate the bookings to the drivers
- Guide the customers with real-time ETA
- Navigate the drivers to the routes
- Handle Email bookings
- Place bids on the jobs
- Handle drivers to dispatch the bookings
Requirements
- Candidate must have previous UK taxicab control experience
- UK street and postcode knowledge
- Taxi dispatch system experience like CMS and Cab treasure
- Customer Antiquates
- Customer Service
- CRM Management
- Google Maps Use
