Key Responsibilities
- Ensures that daily and monthly production targets are achieved within allocated resources
- Ensures compliance with Layout specifications and report any deviation immediately to superior
- Responsible to reduce the rejection rate and rework volume
- Responsible to receive material from stores and maintain inventory control
- Responsible for maintaining all safety and Quality standards at the workstation
- Responsible for evacuation of staff at the time of emergency through nearest fire exit and take all other necessary steps as outlined in Safety Policy and Procedures
- Ensures that all safety rules and procedures are followed.
Systems Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Understand and comply with Company’s Health & Occupational Safety, Environmental, and Quality policies and procedures.
- Contribute towards making the plant a safe place to work for everyone by reporting accidents, near-misses, and unsafe acts to the concerned.
- Ensure that the plant is a safe place to work by eliminating potential hazards.
- Train all new/existing team members in the safe performance of their duties.
- Be aware of emergency evacuation procedures of the plant.
- Ensure that appropriate personal protective equipment (PPEs) is used where applicable.
- Ensure good housekeeping of the workstation.
Authorities:
- Can approve all system and other documents within his scope.
- Can sanction Overtime if required.
- Approve material Reservation.
